We provide educational coaching, mentoring programs, online courses, digital content, and in-person bootcamps designed for personal and social development.

2. Payments

All payments must be completed in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party gateways such as Razorpay or Mollie.

3. Refund & Cancellation

• All sales for digital courses are final once content has been accessed
• All deigital products are non-refundable unless there is double purchase by accident.
• Subscription renewals can be cancelled anytime, but prior charges are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

All videos, materials, and written content are the exclusive property of Jai Enterprises. You may not copy, share, reproduce, or redistribute this content without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Jai Enterprises shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these terms or engages in abusive conduct toward our team or community.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
